Pond Accessories

There are many pond accessories infact the list is probably endless and although some of these accessories are specifically for the pond some can be for pond or generally the garden, some could even go indoors. Like I have said there are many so I will not be able to look at everyone, but I will pick a few that either may be useful of just fun. Some have a purpose and some are just for show.

So lets start off with a fun one, how about the Aligators head for starters. It may only be for fun and to amuse your family and friends but I reckon with this thing sticking out the water it may see off birds and other wildlife that may be a threat to your fish. They also do a Hippo’s head as well.

Moving on what about a Healthy Ponds® Water Cleaner. yes this little unit does have a use and is not for show as it is submersed into the water and sets about keeping the water clean. Over a 30 day period this little unit releases beneficial bacteria and enzymes to improve and then maintain the water quality. It is 100% safe for humans, pets, fish and plants and is refillable. Sounds like a little gem.

How about a fountain with a difference, this particular fountain needs no electics as it is solar run. The floating fountain comes with 3 different jets and its own built in pump run by a solar panel, it can jet a stream of water 17 inches high. There is no cost to operate this fountain and there is no wiring. Just drop it in the pond and away it goes, can’t be bad.

So there are a few pond accessories to be going on with, I will look at some more useful and fun ones further down the line.
