Pond Bridge
Now there’s a nice thought or vision to have, a garden big enough that will accommodate a pond large enough to have a bridge. Not something that is needed I know, But pretty novel all the same.
Actually you don’t really need a big garden or pond to get a bridge, there is no reason not to have a bridge what ever the size of your garden or pond.
There is something quite magical about being on a bridge with water flowing beneath, standing leaning on the bridge railing staring down at the flowing water below almost becoming mesmerized by it’s mystery. Why not transfer that feeling to your garden by installing a bridge over your pond. I know it won’t give the same effect as standing on a bridge with a fast flowing river underneath, but it is still a nice feeling.
A bridge over your pond can also be an observation Point for watching your fish and any other wildlife activity going on, also you can feed your fish from the bridge. Apart from anything else they are a beautiful addition to any garden just adding a certain charm.
There is no need to worry about how to go about constructing a bridge for your pond as that could mean a lot of work and possibly skill involved, instead they can be bought as kits and come with full instructions to be easily assembled. You can get almost flat bridges or ones with more of an arch to give more clearance of the pond. Most of these kits a reasonably priced so there is no need to break the bank.
If you think a bridge is for you then I have included a few below for you to take a look at, but be careful it is easy to fall in love with them and before you know it you won’t be able to resist. Take a look and see what you think.
Here are a few bridge kits I have selected.
